Company History

In 1842 the shipbroking and coal exporting business of Richard Cory & Sons was established in Cardiff Docks by Richard Cory, to whom the origins of the present Cory Brothers are traced. His two eldest sons, Richard and John, joined the company and afterwards succeeded in the business as John & Richard Cory
